In this essential role, you will provide support to Protective Services Guards and ensure the safety of employees, patients, and visitors. Your responsibilities include conducting investigations, releasing evidence, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Strong leadership and organizational skills are vital for your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all Protective Services operations during your shift

• Conduct investigations as per established guidelines

• Manage evidence release to authorized personnel

• Provide training and necessary PPE for staff

• Ensure compliance with hospital security protocols

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Security-related fields required

• Valid Ontario Security Licence essential

• Current First Aid and CPR certification mandatory

• Minimum 5 years experience in a healthcare role

• Bilingual (English/French) skills necessary
