Manage governmental clearance processes as a Security Clearance Coordinator s role requires collaboration with HR and government agencies across Canada while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

WSP is seeking a detail-oriented Security Clearance Coordinator with at least two years of experience. You will help manage the federal and provincial security clearance processes, working closely with Human Resources and various government entities. Key responsibilities include maintaining secure records, conducting risk assessments, and supporting employees throughout the clearance lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate federal and provincial security clearance processes

• Liaise with government agencies on clearance applications

• Maintain accurate and confidential security records

• Conduct security risk assessments and eligibility recommendations

• Support Corporate Security Officers as Alternate Officer

Requirements:

• Diploma in Security Management or related field

• Minimum two years' experience in security clearance processes

• Robust knowledge of governmental security regulations

• Bilingual in English and French

• Valid Reliability security clearance preferred
