Paladin Security is seeking two full-time Healthcare Security Guards to monitor safety in healthcare settings. You will provide access control, patrol facilities, and report any irregularities while maintaining a professional demeanor. This position demands adaptability, as shifts may include days, nights, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage access control and report irregularities promptly

• Patrol and monitor risks like open doors and hazardous materials

• Ensure patient safety and communicate issues to staff

• Respond to alarms and emergency situations efficiently

• Document incidents per site regulations

Requirements:

• Valid Alberta Security license or ability to obtain one

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities

• Capability to write reports and maintain logs

• Physical fitness to walk 18/20km and navigate stairs
