Bouncer Position: Security & Service

Location: Victoria

We are hiring a Bouncer to maintain safety and order at our physical location.

Your role will emphasize effective conflict resolution and guest assistance.

As a Bouncer, you will need 1-2 years of experience to apply for this position. You will patrol areas, monitor activities, enforce regulations, and provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring a secure environment. Your engagement and professionalism are instrumental in preventing theft and resolving conflicts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce regulations to promote order

• Patrol areas for safety checks

• Assist guests with any special needs

• Generate reports on safety and incidents

• Vigilantly prevent shoplifting in the venue

Requirements:

• Other trades certificate or diploma preferred

• Experience of 1-2 years in security roles

• Strong customer service orientation

• Effective conflict management skills

• On-site presence is mandatory
