Paladin Security is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Security Officer for its Quest-A Society site. This role requires an individual skilled in monitoring, emergency response, and customer service to provide a secure environment for residents. You will manage access control, de-escalate conflicts, and collaborate with staff to enhance safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol grounds for safety and security

• Monitor security systems and report issues

• Control access to restricted areas

• Respond to emergencies and assist staff

• Provide customer service to visitors and patients

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain Security License for Nova Scotia

• Valid Intermediate First Aid & CPR - Level C

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written

• Previous security or related experience preferred

• Certifications in Use of Force and Management of Aggressive Behavior
