Paladin Security is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Security Guard for Smiths Falls, Perth, and Brockville locations. This role requires proactive internal and external security patrols while monitoring patients and responding to emergencies. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct security patrols during shifts

• Monitor and supervise patients effectively

• Manage incidents and utilize de-escalation techniques

• Document incidents accurately in reports

• Enforce safety policies and site regulations

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in Canada

• Valid First Aid & CPR Level C certification

• Clean shaven for mask fitting

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations

• Experience in customer service preferred
