In a high‑security environment, this role is designed for professionals who can assess situations, anticipate risks, and act with sound judgment and composure. Experience or education in law enforcement, policing, corrections, persons with mental health crisis, or other specialized environments is a strong asset. A sharp eye for detail, ability to effectively document observations, respect for security protocols, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

• Provide continuous surveillance of persons in a controlled environment.
• Perform wellness checks at 15 minute intervals, in accordance with security standards and procedures.
• Identify and report risk situations or medical concerns.
• Respond professionally, calmly, and in compliance during sensitive situations.
• Accurately complete official documentation and observation reports.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance.
• Clean criminal background check with Vulnerable Sector Check.
• Background in law enforcement, police services, corrections, or care for vulnerable persons is an asset.
• Professionalism, discipline, integrity, and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and computer systems.
