Position: Full-Time Traffic Control Guard in GTA

LTS Protective Services is hiring Outside Traffic Control Security Guards for full-time, part-time, and on-call roles in the Greater Toronto Area. Protect the public by directing traffic and ensuring safety at various events.

As a Traffic Control Security Guard, you will manage vehicle and pedestrian flow, set up safety equipment, and uphold traffic regulations. This role is perfect for those wanting to work in a dynamic outdoor environment. Candidates must be prepared for all weather conditions while acting as a vital safety management resource.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide the safe flow of vehicles and pedestrians

• Monitor safety at event sites and construction zones

• Effectively communicate via hand signals and radios

• Follow and enforce safety regulations strictly

• Maintain accurate logs of incidents and respond to emergencies

Requirements:

• Ontario Security Guard License required

• AODA and WHMIS certifications needed

• TCP certificate and First Aid & CPR Level C required

• Strong interpersonal skills and reliable professionalism

• Previous crowd control experience is a plus
