Location: Attawapiskat
Secure a permanent position as a Security Guard with Weeneebayko Area Health Authority in Attawapiskat, ON. This role emphasizes active monitoring, emergency response, and community well-being.
Reporting to the Manager of Security and Emergency Preparedness, you will be responsible for patrolling premises, using surveillance equipment, and ensuring the safety and confidentiality of all interactions. Your multifaceted skill set will be essential in a rapidly changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Patrol the grounds to secure doors, windows, and gates
• Investigate and act upon alarms and disturbances
• Respond to emergencies as a first responder
• Supervise CCTV operations and security protocols
• Develop and maintain effective security programs
Requirements:
• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent or 1 year experience
• Valid Security Guard License required
• First Aid or CPR certification necessary
• Level 2 CPIC clearance
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License
