This on-call position is essential for upholding safety and security in detention facilities. You will coordinate meals, maintain logs, and ensure the orderly monitoring of detained individuals under the guidance of RCMP officers. Your dedication will help create a secure environment for both staff and prisoners alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly observe and supervise prisoners through CCTV

• Organize and document prisoner meal services

• Keep detailed logs of prisoner activities

• Maintain cleanliness and security of cell areas

• Assist in prescribed medication dispensing under supervision

Requirements:

• Certification in Occupational First Aid Level 1 required

• Capacity to obtain necessary RCMP Reliability Clearance

• Ability to communicate effectively in English

• Capability to perform physical responsibilities

• Basic computer skills for documentation
