Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV and identify safety hazards

• Conduct both vehicle and on-foot property patrols

• Report property damage or unauthorized access

• Communicate with tenants, visitors, and contractors

• Document security incidents and complete reports

Requirements:

• Clear criminal record check is mandatory

• Valid Class 5 driver's licence required

• Previous experience in security is beneficial

• Strong communication and situational awareness

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays
