Location: Inverness
Take charge of security operations in Scotland with OCS UK & Ireland, enhancing health, safety, and profitability while fostering strong client relationships and team performance.
As the Security Operations Director, you will directly impact the safety and service quality within your region. Drive business growth and maintain positive relationships with key executives while collaborating closely with leadership for operational enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and develop Regional Directors and operational staff
• Manage regional P&L performance against targets
• Foster strong executive client relationships
• Oversee contract service delivery and quality improvement
• Act as an escalation point for operational challenges
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid SIA Licence
• Health & Safety qualification (IOSH/NEBOSH is desirable)
• Full UK driving licence needed
• Extensive experience with large-scale contracts
• Strong IT skills including Excel and Word
