Location: Inverness
Become a Surveillance Security Guard with Garda World in Inverness, Nova Scotia. This position is focused on maintaining security through sharp observational skills and the ability to handle pressure.
In this role, you will be responsible for continuous monitoring and executing wellness checks every 15 minutes. Previous experience in law enforcement or caring for individuals in crisis is a strong asset. Your sharp attention to detail and compliance with protocols will ensure a secure environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct ongoing surveillance in a controlled environment
• Complete required wellness checks every quarter-hour
• Identify and communicate risks or medical needs
• Respond with calm professionalism in critical situations
• Document all observations and incidents accurately
Requirements:
• Required Federal Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance
• Clean criminal background including Vulnerable Sector Check
• Experience in law enforcement or relevant fields favored
• Demonstrated professionalism and integrity
• Proven ability to perform under pressure
