Arc Health, part of Harris, is in search of a bilingual Implementation Consultant to configure and optimize EHR solutions for healthcare clients. This role demands effective communication and problem-solving skills as you manage client expectations and project timelines. You will play a critical role in training clients and ensuring smooth system adoption, directly impacting patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and document client workflow requirements

• Implement tailored EHR systems meeting client needs

• Analyze and advise on optimizing existing workflows

• Prepare documentation and deliver end-user training

• Oversee project issues for timely resolutions

Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English

• Experience with EHR/EMR or healthcare IT systems

• Ability to travel 50% during key project phases

• Strong problem-solving and priority management skills

• Familiarity with tools such as Confluence and CRM systems
