Position: Full-Time Housing & Shelter Support Worker

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with residents

• Assist in the intake process and plan development

• Perform wellness checks and distribute supplies

• Manage medical emergencies and advocate for clients

• Collaborate with team members on effective interventions

Requirements:

• Diploma in social services or related field

• Minimum one (1) year recent experience in a similar role

• Knowledge of harm reduction techniques and crisis intervention

• Strong collaborative and communication abilities

• Capacity to manage physical demands of the job
