Position: Victim Assistance Coordinator Role
Location: Ross River

Support victims of crime as a Victim Services Assistant Coordinator. Manage program logistics, volunteer training, and community relations to ensure high-quality service delivery in collaboration with law enforcement.

In this full-time position linked to the RCMP Detachment, you'll oversee the comprehensive victim service program.

Your role will encompass managing volunteer activities, collaborating with community partners, and delivering direct support to clients in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of a local Victim Service program

• Recruit and train volunteer staff effectively

• Collaborate with community partners for enhanced support

• Provide direct services and resources to crime victims

Requirements:

• RCMP security clearance required for employment

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficient in report writing and interpretation

• Effective organizational and problem-solving skills

• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
