This position involves evaluating adult offenders under various supervision orders. You will implement best practices in case management to create intervention plans that target behavioral change. Reporting violations and providing essential referrals to rehabilitation programs will also be key components of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess adult offenders’ needs for supervision

• Prepare pre-sentencing reports and legal documents

• Develop plans to address criminogenic factors

• Implement interventions and monitor compliance

• Refer to community programs for ongoing support

Requirements:

• Completion of a degree in behavioral sciences

• Experience in assessment and intervention practices

• Knowledge of available support programs for offenders

• Ability to think critically and exchange information

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with Enhanced Security Clearance
