Position: Full-Time Social Services Case Manager
Location: Swan River

Utilize your expertise as a Full-Time Social Services Case Manager with the Department of Families in Manitoba. Focus on licensing applications, compliance, and community partnerships within the Western region.
This SP4 Social Service Worker 4 role is pivotal to the Centralized Services and Disability Support Branch. You will engage in case management, working under the rural RCL Program Manager. Your primary tasks will include conducting inspections, processing applications, and providing training to service providers on RCL standards while nurturing community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage licensing applications and ensure compliance

• Conduct inspections and annual reviews of facilities

• Train service providers on RCL policies and standards

• Build relationships with community partners

• Support ongoing monitoring of residential care services
Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Social Sciences required

• Case management experience in social services

• Experience in crisis management and assessments

• Effective communication skills for various audiences

• Valid driver’s license and criminal background check
