Pacific Coast Program Manager Position

Location: North Island, Sunshine Coast, and Southern Gulf Islands (Whistler)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate program delivery and effectiveness

• Act as a liaison with community partners, including MCFD

• Supervise and recruit team personnel with care

• Conduct staff meetings and provide mentorship

• Ensure compliance with client care standards

Requirements:

• Degree in humanities or social sciences required

• At least 3 years of related experience necessary

• Familiarity with Indigenous practices and regulations beneficial

• Experience working with complex behaviours preferred

• Valid driver's license and vehicle necessary
