Join the Nuu-chah-nulth Tribal Council as a full-time Case Manager for Pre-Employment Supports in Ucluelet. You will empower clients to meet their employment goals through targeted support and actionable plans.

This term position extends until October 2, 2026, and seeks candidates experienced in client engagement and program management. Collaborate with trained professionals to identify barriers to employment, develop Employment Action Plans, and implement vital job readiness skills for participants. Outreach to various First Nations communities is a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide essential case management services to clients

• Create customized Employment Action Plans for individuals

• Assess client needs and facilitate appropriate referrals

• Collaborate with agencies to enhance client support

• Gather data and fulfill reporting obligations effectively

Requirements:

• Certificate or diploma in Job Development; 3-5 years experience

• Understanding of First Nations challenges and opportunities

• Familiarity with local communities advantageous

• Experience with databases and reporting systems

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle for travel
