Position: Community Site Navigator Role Modesto
Location: Stockton

Serve as a Community Site Navigator with Without Permission in Modesto, focusing on the journey of sex trafficking survivors. This hands-on role emphasizes teamwork and client engagement.

The Site Navigator will work closely with survivors in San Joaquin County, leading them through the Recovery program. Ideal candidates will actively participate in meetings, building essential relationships while adhering to the core values of service and excellence. Organizational skills and the ability to apply trauma-informed approaches are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and support clients in recovery

• Facilitate group sessions and individual meetings

• Attend multidisciplinary team meetings regularly

• Assist in implementing Restoration program frameworks

• Coordinate with local task forces for outreach

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• 1-2 years experience in social services preferred

• Strong case management and computer skills

• Faith-driven with a community focus

• Ability to work with diverse populations
