Protection Support Worker
Full‑time contract position (12 months) in Timmins.

Overview
As a member of the Investigation, Assessment and Ongoing team, the Protection Support Worker provides preventative and protective intervention services to individuals, children and families. Services are delivered for children who are in the care of the Agency’s child protection services and approved placements.

Responsibilities
Provide protective and intervention services to children and families, interpret and apply legislative requirements, and collaborate across teams to ensure safe outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

College Diploma in Human Services.

Flexible work hours and willingness to travel.

Ability to interpret and apply legislative requirements.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.

Minimum G2 driver’s licence, with a valid G Class licence or access to own vehicle.

Benefits

Salary range: $53,229 - $61,847 annually.
