Become a vital member of Pacifica Housing as a Housing Support Worker. This role emphasizes person-centered support, crisis management, and advocacy for tenants across various shifts and locations.

Pacifica Housing seeks skilled professionals to provide ongoing support services to tenants in the supportive housing programs. The role requires a focus on mental health, substance use management, and establishing personalized support plans. You will engage with community resources and ensure residents achieve their housing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized support to tenants based on needs

• Maintain and evaluate personalized support plans

• Assist with case management, identifying potential issues

• Advocate for tenants with community agencies

• Monitor and address mental health and substance use issues

Requirements:

• Education in human/social services field an asset

• Experience with vulnerable populations preferred

• Knowledge of psychosocial rehabilitation model

• First Aid and Naloxone certification required

• Clear Vulnerable Sectors Criminal Record Check
