Manager of Child Intervention Services

Location: Peace River

Lead care for children and families as a Child Intervention Manager in Northern Alberta. This full-time role focuses on implementing culturally sensitive programs while providing guidance to frontline staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct high-quality intervention programs for children and families

• Mentor and guide a team of frontline staff

• Ensure compliance with legislation and regional standards

• Champion new initiatives supporting strategic ministry goals

• Utilize systems thinking for culturally appropriate services

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Social Work or relevant degree

• Four years of relevant experience, including supervision

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License and reliable vehicle

• Experience with Indigenous communities preferred

• Must maintain registration with ACSW and hold required delegation
