SIL Program Supervisor – Fort St John

Location: Northern British Columbia (Fort Nelson)

Become the Supported Independent Living Program Supervisor with the Fort St John Association for Community Living, where you'll champion individual-focused services in a collaborative setting.

This key leadership role demands your expertise in program management and staff mentoring, providing you with the opportunity to influence the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. You will facilitate team training, manage client relations, and ensure program oversight while representing the Association within the community framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead training initiatives for program staff

• Chair staff meetings to coordinate service delivery

• Foster community connections and partnerships

• Ensure budget adherence and reporting accuracy

• Assist in on-call outreach worker duties

Requirements:

• Educational background in social services or related fields

• Minimum of 3 years managing social service programs

• Valid driver’s license and insurance

• Clearance with a Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check

• Understanding of community living practices a plus
