In this full-time position, you'll provide personalized case management to clients in need of housing assistance, fostering long-term stability. You'll collaborate with various community organizations, advocate with landlords, and address tenant issues effectively. Your approach will be holistic, supporting clients through tailored plans and ongoing engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client case plans for housing stability

• Facilitate training on life skills and budgeting

• Respond to client issues and emergency referrals

• Build and maintain relationships with landlords

• Keep thorough and accurate client records

Requirements:

• Diploma in Social Work or related field

• Minimum one year experience in housing support

• Strong knowledge of mental health and addiction impact

• Effective communication skills and problem-solving mindset

• Valid driver’s license with insurance and certifications
