You will work permanently to support Social Workers by aiding in transport, administrative tasks, and client interactions. Your responsibilities include entering case notes, helping organize Family Group Conferences, and supporting the care of tamariki and rangatahi during critical times. This position requires a commitment to cultural awareness and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide flexible support aligned with team needs

• Assist with case notes in CYRAS and other systems

• Safely transport clients to necessary locations

• Help with Family Group Conference preparations

• Write reports for supervised visitations

Requirements:

• Experience in community assistance roles

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

• Collaborative working style with peers

• Knowledge of tikanga Māori and Pacific cultures

• Clean driver's licence required
