Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and evaluate high-volume student records

• Supervise and develop a unionized staff member

• Provide guidance on university policy interpretations

• Enhance technology use for managing student records

• Identify and solve system problems or anomalies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with four years of related experience

• Experience in undergraduate records services in leadership

• Proven ability to lead and support student engagement

• Familiarity with CAPP or BANNER systems

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
