This Outreach Support Worker position involves helping individuals in the Braintree and Uttlesford area. You'll visit clients at home, support them in navigating welfare benefits, and liaise with external agencies for effective assistance. Emphasizing empathy, you'll provide crisis intervention and advocate for clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers in their homes to support tenancies

• Assist clients with welfare benefits and accessing services

• Build clients' confidence through life skills training

• Liaise with external agencies for comprehensive support

• Provide crisis intervention as needed with empathy

Requirements:

• Experience in supportive roles, professional or voluntary

• Knowledge of mental health and housing support

• Clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills

• Valid UK driving licence and access to vehicle

• Willingness to undergo Enhanced DBS check
