In this crucial role, you'll ensure that children's needs and rights are central to your work. Your responsibilities include advocating for youth, developing Service Plans, and supporting daily living activities. With a commitment to community well-being, you will merge compassion with effective practices in mental health and behaviour management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate for and safeguard children's choices daily

• Participate in Personal Service Plans alongside youth

• Foster interactions that promote community integration

• Aid in living skills, including medication management

• Maintain accurate daily health records and activity logs

Requirements:

• High school diploma and a Child and Youth Care qualification

• At least 2 years in community social services

• Certified in First Aid/CPR and Food Safe

• Clear driver’s license and criminal record check

• Understand youth challenges in a multidisciplinary context
