Position: ACCES Employment Consultant Role
Location: Ontario Centre (Queensville)

In this role, you will support clients by facilitating workshops, conducting assessments, and building relationships with community partners. You will manage an active caseload and ensure clients receive the advocacy necessary for successful job placements and skills training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer culturally sensitive employment services to clients

• Facilitate job readiness workshops and counseling

• Maintain strong networks with community and employer partners

• Advocate for equitable access to employment resources

• Manage case files and meet reporting requirements

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or 5 years related experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Detailed understanding of labor market resources

• Experience in case and file management

• Familiarity with marginalized community needs
