Position: Full-Time Family Support Worker McMan
Location: Central Foothills (Sundre)

Make a difference in Innisfail as a Full-Time Family Support Worker with McMan Youth, Family and Community Services Association. Provide vital support and resources to families with children aged 0-18 while building your professional development.

In this permanent position, you will join McMan’s Family Resource Network, which is dedicated to supporting Alberta families and youth up to 24 years. Candidates need a post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Services and at least one year of frontline experience.

Your role will include coaching parents, life skills training, and linking families to essential community services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home support for families with children aged 0-18

• Conduct family assessments and interventions

• Mentor parents on effective child-rearing skills

• Facilitate family support network meetings

• Assist in transportation for clients to various appointments

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of frontline human services experience

• Post-secondary diploma in Human Services required

• Basic First Aid Level C with CPR certification

• Clean Class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle needed

• Criminal Record Checks with the vulnerable sector
