Join Clements Centre Society as a Bakery Specialist, a Casual On-Call Community Inclusion Worker. Empower individuals with disabilities to thrive in bakery activities.

Your role revolves around supporting the Mindful Mouthful social enterprise, where you’ll encourage participation in baking-related projects. With a focus on empathy and understanding, you will teach vital life skills while collaborating effectively with families and community members. Your positive energy will create a warm environment for everyone involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize bakery-related activities for individuals

• Provide personalized advocacy and support

• Teach essential life and self-advocacy skills

• Work alongside teams and volunteers effectively

• Exhibit good time management while working independently

Requirements:

• Community Support Worker Certificate or related education

• Three months’ experience with community services for disabilities

• First Aid and CPR certifications needed

• Food Safety Certification required

• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
