This dynamic position focuses on assisting marginalized youth and families in navigating essential services. As part of the Youth Outreach Worker program, you'll work directly with clients aged 12-21, fostering positive relationships and promoting access to life-enhancing opportunities. Engage colleagues and community partners to build supportive networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate and be a role model for youth

• Help youth connect with vital community services

• Cultivate relationships with local agencies and businesses

• Promote community awareness of outreach initiatives

• Enter detailed service records for each client interaction

Requirements:

• College diploma in Social Services or related field

• First Aid/CPR and Crisis Intervention certification required

• 1-3 years of experience with homeless populations

• Valid Class G Driver’s License necessary

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
