Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct case planning and assist in program delivery

• Administer first aid and respond to overdose situations

• Provide emotional and daily physical support to clients

• Accept referrals while advocating for optimal client outcomes

• Assist clients in connecting with essential external resources

Requirements:

• Diploma in Social or Human Services relevant field

• At least 2 years of experience in community services

• Emergency First Aid with CPR Level C training

• Valid criminal record check required

• Strong understanding of community support options
