Student Services Navigator at St. Lawrence College

Location: South Leeds and Grenville United Counties (Prescott)

Become the first point of contact for St. Lawrence College as a Student Services Navigator. This role enhances the student experience through exceptional service and effective referrals.

The Student Services Navigator (SSN) plays a key role in supporting prospective students, current students, staff, and alumni. You will provide outstanding service while addressing various client needs through engagement and referrals. This role requires sensitivity, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the initial contact for community members

• Address student needs with effective referrals

• Maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations

• Provide support to diverse populations, including international clients

• Demonstrate problem-solving skills in a digitized office setting

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-year diploma and 2 years customer service experience

• Non-violent Crisis Intervention and/or ASIST training

• Proven ability to respond positively to client needs

• Experience working in diverse environments

• Must report to work location as required
