Bridgeway Family Homes seeks dedicated Independent Professionals for part-time Family Support roles, providing essential care for children and foster families. Flexible hours focus on evenings and weekends.

As a Family Support Professional with Bridgeway Family Homes, you will play a critical role in delivering customized support to youth and families in a compassionate environment. Working primarily during evenings and weekends allows for flexibility in your schedule while fostering meaningful relationships. Reimbursement is available for travel and related expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer personalized support to children and youth in foster care

• Collaborate with a team of professionals to enhance care

• Provide in-person services mainly during evening and weekend hours

• Use de-escalation strategies in crisis prevention

• Document and track all family interactions performed

Requirements:

• Degree or certificate in a social service field

• Valid local police and child welfare background checks

• Class “G” Driver’s License, providing transportation

• Certification in crisis de-escalation and First Aid/CPR

• Computer and email access required
