Location: Central Foothills (Sundre)

Become a vital part of Chinook’s Edge School Division as a full-time Family School Wellness Worker. This role focuses on supporting children and families at Sundre High School and River Valley School, starting in the 2026/2027 school year.

The Family School Wellness Worker will provide prevention, support, and referral services throughout the division's schools, emphasizing early and crisis intervention. Ideal candidates will have experience with community engagement and relevant educational background in social work or related fields. This role highlights the importance of maintaining wellness for both students and families in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver prevention and support services in schools

• Conduct early and crisis interventions for families

• Collaborate with community agencies for resources

• Offer referrals to external support services

Requirements:

• Degree in social work or equivalent experience
