Wood's Homes is seeking four caring professionals dedicated to supporting children and families. As a Youth & Family Counsellor, you will work within a structured environment, guiding youth aged 6-17 through emotional challenges.

Your role involves therapeutic interventions, case management, and collaboration with a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead therapeutic interventions and manage youth casework

• Create a structured environment for therapeutic support

• Teach daily life skills and routines to youth

• Develop and revise care plans with your team

• Manage crises using Therapeutic Crisis Intervention techniques

Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid Certification required

• Class 5 driver's license and own transportation

• Degree in Social Sciences or related field

• 2-4 years of experience with vulnerable populations

• Preferred experience in child welfare or social work
