Program Supervisor - Youth

Position: Program Supervisor for High-Needs Youth
Location: Central Foothills (Sundre)

Make a tangible difference as a Program Supervisor in Red Deer, AB, focused on youth with complex needs. Lead and support frontline staff while providing direct, trauma-informed care in a challenging environment.

This full-time, hands-on role requires strong leadership skills paired with at least three years of experience in child and youth care. You will work directly with at-risk youth, providing therapeutic interventions and crisis management. Your hands-on approach will not only guide staff but also create trust and stability within the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, trauma-informed support to youth

• Mentor and coach Child and Youth Care Workers

• Ensure compliance with documentation and reporting standards

• Create meaningful connections through engagement

• Participate in on-call support as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on youth care experience

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience

• Post-secondary education in relevant fields

• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License required

• Clear Criminal Record Check and First Aid certification needed
