Position: Revolve Staffing Community Support Worker

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate community participation and cultural events

• Provide companionship during outings

• Assist with safe mobility as needed

• Follow ISPs outlined by program team

• Report on participant engagement and outcomes

Requirements:

• Certificate in Social Services or similar field

• Min 1 year experience with disabled adults or seniors

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid Criminal Record Check required

• Reliability and a person-centered care approach
