Make a difference in the lives of Métis citizens in Beauval as a part-time Support Worker with Ma Faamii. Navigate complex systems and connect individuals to essential services.

In this permanent role accountable to the Ma Faamii Operations Supervisor, you will provide essential support in overcoming barriers related to housing, health, and social services. Your responsibilities include creating collaborative networks with community agencies while ensuring precise documentation of interactions, vital for sustaining effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with challenges in accessing multi-agency systems

• Develop a provincial inventory of support options

• Cultivate effective partnerships with local service providers

• Navigate former clients back to their communities

• Maintain accurate and professional records of actions taken

Requirements:

• Relevant education in human services or equivalent

• Familiarity with public system navigation

• Experience in community service roles

• Insight into trauma-informed care principles

• Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license and transportation access
