The candidate must supervise support staff.
The candidate must perform administrative and office activities.
The candidate must develop specialized rehabilitation programs.
The candidate must perform administrative tasks.
The candidate must prepare classification reports recommending the type of incarceration and types of interventions for rehabilitation.
The candidate must assess the client’s relevant skill strengths and development needs.
The candidate must conduct follow-up assessments.
The candidate must develop, coordinate, and implement the delivery of specific services within the community.
The candidate must perform housekeeping activities.
The candidate must assist with food preparation.
The candidate must resolve conflict situations.
The candidate must implement behaviour management programs.
The candidate must conduct individual and group counselling sessions.
The candidate must liaise with other social services agencies and health care providers involved with clients.
The candidate must maintain program statistics for purposes of evaluation and research.
The candidate must assist in evaluating the effectiveness of treatment programs.
The candidate must screen, recruit, and train volunteers and support staff.
The candidate must assist clients or guests with special needs.
The candidate must accompany clients to appointments and social outings.
The candidate must manage events.
The candidate must manage knowledge.
The candidate must offer mentoring.
The candidate must supervise the office and volunteer staff.

Job Requirements
The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a one- to two-year program.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
