In the position of Common Spaces Life Skills Coach, you will engage with young individuals in the recovery process, providing vital support across various aspects of their lives. Your responsibilities will encompass mentorship, housing searches, and life skills training, aimed at empowering these youth to lead fulfilling lives. Close collaboration with the Common Spaces team is essential for executing impactful initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster connections through community outreach

• Assist youth with housing and financial management

• Coach youth on responsibility and daily living skills

• Attend meetings and provide necessary reports

• Lead fundraising events for community engagement

Requirements:

• Commitment to Youth for Christ's mission

• Skills in mentoring, case management, and outreach

• Valid driver’s license and transportation

• Experience working with diverse populations

• Successful clearance of background checks
