Ochapowace Nation is seeking a Post Majority Worker to support young adults transitioning from care to independence, delivering trauma‑informed, culturally grounded wrap‑around services. You will provide case management, life‑skills training, and mentoring with Elders, while maintaining confidential records and coordinating with partners to connect youth to housing, education, and employment opportunities.
Preference will be given to Ochapowace Nation Members.
