Liquid Personnel is currently hiring an Adult Social Worker for their Mental Health Team in Redbridge. In this capacity, you'll conduct comprehensive assessments and design care plans tailored to individual client needs.
Your role includes providing crisis support and collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals for holistic care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed assessments and create care plans
• Deliver therapeutic support and interventions

Requirements:
• Registration with Social Work England and UK work eligibility
• Must hold a Social Work degree
