Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with navigation of multi-jurisdictional human systems

• Develop a comprehensive inventory of support services

• Establish collaborative relationships with community agencies

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in human services or related experience

• Experience navigating public service systems

• Knowledge of social services for individuals and families

• Understanding of Indigenous community challenges

• Valid Saskatchewan driver's license and reliable transportation
