Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in React and modern web application architecture to help evolve the Bamboo Rose platform. This role places strong emphasis on building high-performance, scalable, and intuitive frontend experiences, while also contributing meaningfully to backend services and platform reliability.

You will contribute to the design and development of complex, data-driven user interfaces that power mission-critical workflows across our platform. This is an opportunity to both contribute to the end-to-end user experience while influencing application architecture and technical direction.

• Lead the design and development of modern, scalable frontend applications using React, Type Script, and contemporary UI patterns.
• Architect reusable component libraries, state management strategies, and performant data-fetching patterns.
• Design and integrate scalable RESTful APIs.
• Develop backend services using Java to support frontend requirements and improve system capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack, including frontend behavior, data flow, and performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in architectural discussions spanning frontend architecture, microservices, event-driven systems, caching, security, and performance optimization.
• Integrate emerging technologies, including Generative AI capabilities, into user-facing workflows and backend systems
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver polished, user-centric solutions.
• Contribute actively to Agile ceremonies, design reviews, and system-level technical planning.

• 6+ years of experience building modern, production-grade web applications.
• Expertise in React, including hooks, performance optimization, state management, and component architecture.
• Experience building complex, data-intensive UIs with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
• Solid backend experience with Java (Spring Boot or Spring MVC).
• Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs in distributed systems environments.
• Strong debugging skills across frontend performance and backend service interactions.
• Experience with relational databases like Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Working knowledge of microservices and cloud-native application patterns.
• Experience with Docker;
  Kubernetes is a plus
• Experience with Azure preferred (AWS or GCP also valuable).
• Hands‑on experience with testing frameworks such as Playwright and JUnit.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working closely with Product and Design.
• Experience contributing to high‑performing Agile teams.
