What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Partner with teams to identify workflows, pain points, and opportunities for AI automation
Design and build prototypes using advanced Generative AI techniques and write high-quality code in Python and Golang
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform prototypes into scalable AI solutions
Provide mentorship on AI best practices and guide teams in adopting AI tools
Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, and ethical guidelines

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 6 months in applied AI or intelligent automation
Proven expertise in designing, building, and maintaining production services, with a strong grasp of microservices architecture
Strong coding and debugging skills, with the ability to write well‑tested code
Understanding of LLM capabilities and hands‑on experience with AI tools and platforms
Familiarity with data privacy, security, and ethical considerations related to AI

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience building or implementing AI agents or advanced workflow automation solutions
Background in developing production ML/AI systems
Knowledge of the cryptocurrency or fintech domain
