Your role will balance people leadership and technical delivery, helping teams overcome challenges through Agile and Kanban principles. Working closely with Product Management and Architecture, you’ll directly contribute to Petal's mission in transforming healthcare access.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct a multidisciplinary delivery team to set a clear direction

• Plan and oversee software delivery with defined objectives

• Collaborate with Product and Architecture to ensure quality solutions

• Identify and eliminate blockers for optimal workflow

Requirements:

• 6+ years in software development with 4+ years in leadership

• Proven track record in SaaS or product delivery environments

• Strong grasp of delivery and quality management principles

• Excellent communication across technical and business teams
